Jeremy made sport psychology comfortable and approachable for our NBA players with the Washington Wizards, which is no small feat in a high-pressure environment. He played a key role in helping guys work through mental obstacles and performance slumps, and he did it in a way that earned their trust.
Jeremy also worked seamlessly with our coaching and player development staff, consistently offering practical mental performance tools we could integrate into daily work on the court. A tremendous presence and teammate!

Our son has been working with Flow since 8th grade. Over the course of the years, we saw him change in many positive ways. Most importantly, to us, were his mindset/focus, maturity and calmness. These were noticeable on/off the field/court. He helped him adjust to the pressures every 8th grader and high schooler has: peer pressure, classes, teachers, sports, coaches, girls, fans, social media and expectations from everyone, including mom and dad and that of himself. He was able (and continues) to “block out the noise”. His mindset has grown stronger and he’s become much more confident, which was and is evident in sports, school and in life. Flow Performance has been a game changer, and we are so happy for where our son is in life. I would recommend them 100 plus percent!
